New Gear

There was so much fun during our last “sunflowers” session, that we planned another photographic trip around. This time we ended up in the middle of wheat fields :) Once it was summer afternoon, the sun was still so bright. Also the wind was blowing hard. Well… Beggars can’t be choosers :) Despite the weather it was still a great opportunity to test my brand new gear - a very fresh Nikon D810 with stumpy Nikkor 200/2. As a second pair I chose my recently purchased Petzval 85/2 in so nice shiny golden housing :) Probably it’s not the master of sharpness, but makes me so happy by doing this swirly bokeh. Petzval I used with my good old Nikon D700. Behind the camera my non-substitutable wife with both hands on quite big reflector. See the results and write a comment if you want to :)
