New Gear
August 8, 2016There was so much fun during our last “sunflowers” session, that we planned another photographic trip around. This time we ended up in the middle of wheat fields :) Once it was summer afternoon, the sun was still so bright. Also the wind was blowing hard. Well… Beggars can’t be choosers :) Despite the weather it was still a great opportunity to test my brand new gear - a very fresh Nikon D810 with stumpy Nikkor 200/2. As a second pair I chose my recently purchased Petzval 85/2 in so nice shiny golden housing :) Probably it’s not the master of sharpness, but makes me so happy by doing this swirly bokeh. Petzval I used with my good old Nikon D700. Behind the camera my non-substitutable wife with both hands on quite big reflector. See the results and write a comment if you want to :)
