“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever…
It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
— Aaron Siskind

About project

Looking through the camera I always try to achieve on my photographs untypical background appearance. For this purpose I often use the lenses that are old and pretty unknown, sometimes even radioactive :-) But the goal is always the same – to create the bokeh that you can describe as unique, magic, extraordinary, special, unusual, uncommon, original, rare, different, fabulous or interesting. And sometimes it works ;-)

Borsuk na biwaku stands for badger camping. In a few short words the project is, on the one hand, a great test of various lenses and cameras - in search of the perfect bokeh for portrait photography. On the other hand, it is supposed to capture and keep short moments from my daughter's life, preserve in the pictures quickly passing and fleeting emotions.

About me

I am self-taught portrait and family photographer, based in central Poland — but I'll take any opportunity to travel!

When I'm not taking photos, you'll find me managing a big company in plastic industry, running paths through the forest, or spending time with my family.

I like portraits the most. I love flares, light leaks, swirls and extraordinary exceptional bokeh character. I try to combine the emotions in the photos I take with the most interesting and unique bokeh in the background.

Always experimenting with new techniques, I'm equally comfortable with analog and digital technologies, and use both according to the needs of the project.
